These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ginger Rocks website at https://ginger.rocks (“the Website”) and any purchases you make from me. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Ginger Rocks is based in Cambridge, United Kingdom. References to “I”, “me”, and “my” are to Ginger Rocks.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Website to make purchases, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Website on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available on the Website.
2. Products and Orders
2.1 Product descriptions
I take care to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor calibration. All products are subject to availability.
2.2 Placing an order
An order placed on the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the products at the stated price. A contract is formed only when I send you a written order confirmation by email. I reserve the right to decline any order at my discretion.
2.3 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. I reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed.
2.4 Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order. I accept major credit and debit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Paypal) and is subject to their terms.
3. Delivery
- I aim to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to your nominated address.
- I am not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside my control.
- Delivery is available to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
4. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
4.1 Your right to cancel (UK consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact me at hello@ginger.rocks within 14 days of delivery.
4.2 Return conditions
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
4.3 Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, please contact me within 30 days of receipt with photos where possible. I will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4.4 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of me receiving the returned item or confirmation that you have sent it back.
4.5 Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- personalised or custom-made items
- perishable items
- newspapers and magazines
- unwrapped CDs, DVDs and computer software
- sealed items that for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once they have been opened (e.g. underwear)
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website - including but not limited to the Ginger character, all original designs, illustrations, text, logos, and graphics - is the intellectual property of Ginger Rocks and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Website without my prior written permission.
Products purchased from Ginger Rocks are for personal use only. Resale, commercial reproduction, or use of my designs on your own products is strictly prohibited.
6. User Conduct
When using the Website you agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its underlying systems
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Website
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Website without our consent
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

- My total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant products.
